LISTING QUESTIONS
What do I get with my listing?
All listing accounts have space for ten photos, a virtual tour, full details about the property and a contact page with your information for buyers to reach you.
You can also use the RENTAL BOOKING feature if your listing is a vacation property or rental. The system allows our visitors to BOOK AND PAY FOR THEIR RESERVATION of YOUR PROPERTY right here. Just fill in your info in the admin panel and you'll be all set.
I have many listings, do you have a bulk rate?
Yes. Realtors, brokers, rental agents and anyone else with multiple properties are eligible for bulk listing pricing. Please contact kimberleyb@dithis.com for details.
How long does it take to be entered.
Within 24 hours. As soon as you hit the Submit button, your listing will be verified for the required accessibility features and will go live as soon as it is approved.
Can you do the listing for me?
Yes. We offer a full service listing service that includes uploading your photos and virtual tours as well as all pertinent listing information (supplied by you). Please contact kimberleyb@dithis.com for details and pricing.
Why should I upgrade my listing?
Convenience. FREE Listings display for THIRTY DAYS and are then deleted. Upgrading saves you the time of re-entering the information every 30 days.
Do I HAVE to upgrade my listing?
No. You are welcome to resubmit your listing information as often as you need to.
How many free ads can I have?
One active free account per person.
Can I just put a link to another site instead of listing?
No. Listings that refer to another site without details on this site will be deleted without notice. Paid listings deleted under this section will NOT be refunded.
My property is not accessible. Can I list it anyway?
No. Our site and service are SPECIFICALLY for properties with access features. Any listing without access features will be deleted without notice. Paid listings deleted under this section will NOT be refunded.
PHOTO QUESTIONS
Can I upload photos any time?
Yes, at your convenience. Your listing is available for your edits at any time, including uploading photos, adding virtual tours, and changing any details about the property.
What if they are too large?
Photos must be under 150k each or the system will not accept them.
What if I don't have any photos.
That's no problem. Listings without photos are displayed in the same manner, there is simply a box that says no photo available.

CONVENIENCE: With a listing on disTHIS.com, you don't need any other homepages. You can send people right to your URL here on the site. No more multiple accounts, just link to your page here. Upload your photos, add your description, list your features, set up your VIRTUAL TOUR (optional) and hit enter. You don't even need to cancel your ad. On the FREE 30 day listings, when the 30 days are up, the listing cycles out. You don't need to do anything more.
TIMELINESS: Our Real Estate and Vacation Destination listings are UP-TO-DATE. Since we cycle out our ads, you can be sure that the information on the Destination or Real Estate listing you are looking at is current.
HOW IT WORKS:
- FREE Listings run for 30 days and are DELETED monthly. Each Registered Member receives ONE FREE ACCOUNT for ONE MONTH. Additional accounts are priced according to volume. SAVE TIME by upgrading to a STANDARD listing.
- STANDARD Listings are just $34.95 and run for 90 days. Standard listings are grouped together on your LISTING PAGE and are RENEWABLE. You do NOT need to re-enter the information for each property.
- PREMIUM Listings are just $79.95 and run for one year. IDEAL for Residential Rentals, Vacation Properties and Real Estate Agents, Brokers and Offices.
Register to list your property HERE If you ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT, use the Agent Login Link to manage your listings. Upgrading can be done at any time prior to the end date of your listing.
This service is for properties that are accessible to those with disabilities or with unique accessibility features. We do NOT list
properties that are NOT accessible.
Listings (FREE OR PAID) that are found to be in violation of this mandatory requirement will be deleted without notice OR REFUND.
